First let me tell you why you should listen to me. I am a bodybuilder with six years of experience. I have helped many people offline. Now I think it is time to help a lot of people offline. Ok so lets get started.

The key for success, to get the body you have always wanted is motivation. I know it sound weird at first, but when you think about it, it’s not.
The reason 90% of the beginner bodybuilders give up is because they have no motivation. They are hoping on fast results, for 1-2 days. They want to eat junk food and get a six pack. This will never happen.

The only way you will have success in bodybuilding you will have to make some changes. First stop lying to your self. Don’t think that it will happen over night. You will have to lose all of the fat that you have stored for the past months. This is going to be hard for because you will have to change your diet completly. I know this is hard, but if you have the motivation, you will have no problems with it.

So how exactly are you going to increae your motivation. Well stop saying to your self that you are going to fail. Stop being around people that are telling you are going to fail. Always think positive.

Three things to do if you want a good motivation. The best part is that if you are motivated you will have no problems to answer the questions “How to get six pack abs” “How to lose weight” “How to gain muscle” and so on.
Another thing you MUST remember is that you will have to think real. Don’t think you will get fast results for one or two days. Think big, think that you will do it for 3 months. This way if you do it faster, you will be happier. If you think you are going to make it for 1 week, and fail, you will be depressed, sad, confused.

So lets see now. If you want to have succes with your fight with the fat. And with your bodybuilding in general, you will have to have motivation. Follow these easy steps and you will have no problems.

Remember that the reason most of us fail is because they are also not focused. Be sure to work on that too. A good way to do so is if you think more about your bodybuilding than the usual. It helped me, it helped my friends, it could help you, try it out, you will not lose anything.
