It seems like I’ve been gaining weight lately. My tummy sticks out now and it didn’t before, The scale says I haven’t gained any weight, but it looks like it. I’m really not overexaggerating here.
I’m worried because I went through puberty when I was like, 11 or 12. Now I’m 13 and will be turning 14 in October. Some people have said you gain weight before you slim down and grow into your “teenage” body. That’s what I thought happened to me when I was 11, it seemed. I gained a little weight then lost it completely and slimmed down.
So what does this mean? Am I getting skinnier or am I really gaining weight for real or what?

Also, I’m not on my period and I’m like an AA in bra size….pretty small -______- *sigh* I’m 5′2, 122-125 lbs, size 7 in jeans, and a small in shirts. I walk at least 2 hours a day because it’s the summer, I’m bored and walking while listening to my iPod is fun. I do this at least 6 days a week, if not everyday.

Please? Am I growing up or something because this really sucks. I was seriously fat and overweight when I was a kid and I don’t want to go back. People started really noticing me when I got skinny. If there’s any way to keep this off please tell me.

I don’t mean to sound superficial, but I know what it’s like being both overweight and unhealthy and average and healthy and I definitely like being trim and healthy better.
