Open Question: Need tips on workouts!!! I need your advice thanks!!!?

Ok, soooo of course like a lot of people I met a guy when I was hott and thin and got married and got fat. Whateva! Im not in denial. Ive tried every diet ever stop one then start a new one. Well I finally started seen this dr. out here where I live and Ive already dropped 15lbs in 3wks. Yes Iam taking diet pills, its 2 food suppressants a day and B12 & fat burner injection once a week. Iam eating more meals throughout the day and all healthy stuff. fruits, veggies, granola bars, you name it. No soda, I laid off on beer, and a lot!!!! of my favorite things, at the same time, Im not sitting on my ass watching TV hoping the fat will melt away, I am working out at the Gym every nite. Well now I give myself a day off a week. So Im doing cardio, like tredmill the bike, and sauna, swimming, and stuff. I do feel a difference in my clothes I feel great! but heres the thing. Im slimming down, my legs are toned, but one thing I cant lose, is my lower fat stomach! I dont know what else to do!!!!! does anyone know or reccommend a certain workout I should do at the gym to slim down my lower stomach fat. please help…its frustrating. thanks…and be nice! or no points. thanks.
