Open Question: Is there a way to hack a psp slim with out a pandora battery or taking my battery apart?

I’ve been trying to download different games onto my psp like emulators and ps1 games etc. but no matter what file I convert them to or how many file extensions I make they dont work. I even tried loading some ripped psp games and even they down work. Is there a way for me to hack my psp with out using the pandora method? concerning the battery or taking my psp apart in any way. I don’t want to risk damaging my psp as I don’t get replacements very often. And I really want to play resident evil 2 everywhere I go.
