Open Question: I wanna slim down what should i do?

OK.. so im 18.. female,5′ 7 and i weight 189 lbs and that is 85kg, i do sports,field events like shotput and discus…and i know people that take these events are not suppose to be small…
but i cycle a lot almost everyday,ive been doing all this for a couple of years,i notice that im getting muscles,but i cant flatten my belly and it doesn’t look like im getting slimmer either..and i don’t really like to eat junk food,sometimes i feel its disgusting,can anyone help me please…..
