Open Question: How can I lose a lot of weight?
Posted by admin on July 28th, 2009 filed in General
I am 16 years old and am overweight
I am going to be a junior this year and I would like to be in shape by the time I’m a senior
I’m worried about my weight and I want to do something about it but I don’t know how to make sure I’m losing more calories than I’m taking in
I’ve always been overweight but I want to slim down. My problem is that I don’t find most healthy foods tasty and I get bored of exercising very quickly…
I figure as long as I burn off more calories than I take in I should be able to lose weight.
Is this all I have to do to lose weight?
How can I maximize the amount of calories I burn off?
Can diet pills or diet plans help me?
What are some good ways to exercise to burn off a lot of calories at a time?
Sorry, I know this is a lot of questions, but I really would like to lose this weight by my senior year.
Please help me!
